The Menieres Research Fund Inc (“MRF”) has designed this website to be as accessible as possible to people of a broad range of sensory, motor and cognitive abilities and in accordance with W3C-recommended web standards, as well as the Australian Government Guide to Minimum Website Standards.  Where possible, we have included our contact details, any news and organisation information for public accountability, metadata (information about website content so people can find what they are looking for efficiently), clear consistent navigation and layout and page designs accessible with stylesheets turned off and alternative messaging to explain images if images are inaccessible.

The MRF is a non commercial fundraising organisation.  Although we may have health professionals as part of our volunteer fundraising team, MRF does not give medical advice or opinions.  Information and material on this website is presented for private, personal and non-commercial use. MRF’s information about Meniere’s disease, treatments and general matters has been written by MRF’s support volunteers, specialist health professionals, patients and carers. We make all efforts to ensure information provided is as up-to-date and accurate as possible however we do not accept any liability for misinterpreted, incorrect information or any information supplied by third parties.  We cannot and do not recommend any particular treatment and at all times information found on this website you may wish to use in the management of your health must be discussed with your doctors given your unique situation and status.
