Meniere's Disease is known as the 'Dizzy Terror', and there are over 50,000 sufferers in Australia alone.
Dr Daniel Brown recently returned from the US to establish a laboratory at Sydney University devoted to Meniere's.
He's the only scientific researcher in the world funded exclusively to discover a cure.
